I am using a service to provide shipping labels for your order. There will be automated tracking/ tracking number available through this service and should give you a status update whenever you are checking it.
When will I get my order?
I am one person that makes every item themselves by hand. Most of my products are made to order and can take 1-4 business days to create. Some only take a day, while others require drying or curing time of multiple days. Single one-of-a-kind pieces are ready to be shipped the same or next day. Once I drop it off at my local postal office it is up to the mail gods for how long it will take to get to your delivery address, but will be at least trackable. Feel free to contact me if you need something rushed and I can see what I can do!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently no, due to the amount of shipping costs associated with international shipping and that currently not being part of my growing phase of my small business just starting out. Feel free to message me via the contact form about what you are interested in, perhaps we can figure something out.
What is your return policy?
Generally I do not accept returns, but like to handle this on a case to case basis. Message me via the contact form or my email address ‘[email protected]’ and we can start a conversation! I am sure we can come to an agreement, as I am always interested in improving my craft and your feedback can be very valuable to me.
